Taiwan endemic species project was founded by WU, CHIA-TUNG (Diego Wu) in 2021. He started this organization with three cooperators WU, YA-HSUAN, LIN, CHUN-JU, and HUANG, MIN-HSIEN. Firstly they founded this organization as a fundraising event for Wildone, Taiwan. They design Taiwan endemic species merchandise to raise money for animal welfare organizations. Meanwhile, Diego hopes to raise public awareness about environmental issues and the decline of Taiwan endemic species; therefore, he started organizing more charity sales and volunteer events. The Taiwan endemic species project has been cooperating with Together we change in Taipei and helped 5+ animal shelters around Taiwan. We hope to give our community and our environment some good effect and make changes to build a more sustainable world.

Taiwan endemic species project now focuses on the SDGS goal: Life on land, life below water, and climate action. We have focused on creating more awareness for the issues we support.

Taiwan endemic species project merchandise is designed by our team. All profits will still be donated to various charities. On top of that, we will hold charity sales for them and also organize volunteer workshops. Currently, more than 160 high school students have joined our volunteer activities.
